Working capital or a line of credit?
Working capital is a single amount for a defined need, repaid on a set schedule. A line of credit suits needs that are recurring or unpredictable: draw what you need, pay only on what you use, and the rest stays available.
When a term loan fits
Term loans suit larger investments that pay back over time, such as renovations, large equipment, hiring or refinancing. Most programs include early payoff discounts, so you only pay for the time you use the capital.
When to look at expansion financing
New locations, acquisitions, franchise units, fleet growth and large contracts. Expansion financing is structured to the project and its timeline.
